Purchase

Most pieces are handcrafted to order. Production takes 4-6 weeks from the moment your order is paid. Once your piece is finished, it will be shipped straight to your address, or you can collect it in person by prior phone arrangement at the studio in Hradec Králové or in Prague 7 (DOX+). You can select this option at the final step of your order. If you would like your piece made sooner, please get in touch. I will do my utmost to accommodate you.

 

Payment

In the e-shop you can pay through the payment gateway (Visa, Mastercard), with Apple Pay or with Google Pay. You can also pay by bank transfer. Should you have any questions or encounter any difficulties with your payment, please contact me at info@emmestudio.cz

Proof of payment for your order is included in the email confirming that your order has been placed, and you will also find it after logging in to your customer account. I do not enclose a printed invoice with the jewelry.
