Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy of Radka Petrásková, with registered office at Polákova 588, 500 02 Hradec Králové, Company ID No. 03847462 (hereinafter the “seller” or the “controller”), who operates the website http://emmestudio.cz (the “website”) and provides the services set out in her terms and conditions available on this website (the “terms and conditions”). My services consist in particular of the presentation and sale of jewelry through the e-shop or in brick-and-mortar stores. I would like to inform you how carefully I handle your personal data if you decide to use my services or subscribe to the newsletter.

 

The controller

The controller is responsible for compliance with all the principles set out above and, in accordance with the Regulation, must be able to demonstrate compliance with those principles.

 

The controller of your personal data is the seller, and other persons who supply their services are processors. You may contact the controller at its registered office or at the e-mail address info@emmestudio.cz. I collect your data for the following purposes:

• transaction history, or where applicable the results of complaint proceedings
• business communication and other data that you knowingly and voluntarily provide in the course of the performance of individual orders (e.g. data on family members or close persons)
• receipt and processing of customer orders and customer invoicing
• business communication
• performance of all rights and obligations arising from the contract concluded between the controller and you
• handling of complaints lodged
• protection of the controller’s rights (e.g. recovery of amounts owed)
• bookkeeping
• direct marketing, including basic profiling, and the sending of commercial communications (e.g. sending news, discount offers or invitations to marketing events) by electronic means (e.g. e-mail, SMS), unless you refuse this method of marketing communication in advance
• to the extent stated in the contract/complaint report
